Media Attendance Policy
To support an orderly and professional event environment, media representatives are requested to adhere to the guidelines outlined below:
Advance Media Registration
All members of the press and media are strongly advised to apply for media accreditation in advance of the event.
Advance registration enables appropriate review, facilitates access, and ensures smooth coordination onsite.
Media Accreditation and Approval
Media accreditation is subject to prior review and approval by the event organizers. Applicants may be asked to provide supporting documentation, such as valid press identification, assignment letters, or proof of affiliation.
Access to the event and designated areas will be granted only to approved media representatives.
Onsite Requests
Media representatives who have not completed advance registration may submit a request for accreditation at the venue. However, please note that:
- Submission of onsite registration does not guarantee approval
- All credentials are subject to verification and approval by the event organizers
- Only one (1) media representative per media outlet may be considered for onsite accreditation
- The event organizers will make reasonable efforts to facilitate the onsite review process; however, processing times may vary depending on volume and verification requirements, and immediate approval cannot be guaranteed.
For this reason, advance registration is strongly recommended.
General Compliance
All accredited media must comply with event policies, including any guidelines related to photography, filming, and interactions with participants. The organizers reserve the right to limit or withdraw access if these guidelines are not observed.
